Tell us how many locations you run, which platforms matter, and how often you want to post. You get a real number — the same rate card we quote from, with nothing hidden and no percentage of your ad spend.
Type any question about this rate card in plain English. The guide reads the numbers in your question, runs them through the same pricing rules we quote from, and shows the arithmetic.
Every figure below comes straight from our published rate card. Change anything and the quote recalculates — including the plan we would actually recommend.
One location uses our monthly plans. Two or more moves you to multi-location pricing, which includes a shared program base plus a per-location rate.
TikTok is video-only — each post consumes one AI video asset. Google Business Profile feeds Maps and the local pack.
A post is one unique content piece, adapted for every platform in your plan. Our minimum cadence is 8 per month per platform.
All video is AI-generated in house — no film crew, no studio day rates. Required for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Count every listing you want managed. If Google Business Profile is already one of your selected platforms, listings up to your location count are included.
Flat management fees. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platform and stays 100% yours.
Sold as an add-on. Channel management covers SEO, thumbnails, metadata, publishing, comments, and reporting.
Competitor analysis, audience research, channel plan, 90-day content calendar, and KPI targets. Included free with Performance and every multi-location program.
Nothing in the estimator is invented. These are the published numbers it draws from.

Real scenarios, worked all the way to a number. Hit “try this in the estimator” on any of them to load the setup and change it from there.
Two or more locations moves you off the single-location plans and onto multi-location pricing: a $900 program base that covers strategy, brand voice, the master calendar, reporting, and your account manager, plus a per-location rate set by how many platforms each location runs.
Every location gets 8–12 localized posts a month, 4 AI videos, and its own performance breakdown. Here is all six platforms across four locations:
Running fewer platforms brings it down: three platforms across four locations is $3,300/mo, and a single platform is $2,500/mo.
Google Business Profile can be bought on its own, with no social program attached. It is priced per listing with a volume break after the first.
That covers local posts, photo uploads, and Q&A monitoring on each listing. If you already run a social program with us, it is cheaper — GBP attaches at $100 per location instead, so two listings would be $200 a month.
Worth knowing: GBP is the one channel that feeds Google Maps and the local pack directly, which is why we recommend it even to clients who want nothing else.
Ten posts on one platform is exactly our Single-Platform Starter at $497 a month — 10 unique posts, graphics and captions, comment monitoring, and a monthly report, month-to-month.
Want those 10 posts on two platforms? Essentials at $597 covers 12 posts across two platforms, so you get more than you asked for at $100 more. On three platforms, the estimator will suggest Essentials plus one added platform at $150 — $747 total — rather than pushing you up to Growth.
Remember a post is one unique piece adapted for every platform in your plan. Ten posts on three platforms is 30 native placements, not 10.
Honestly — we would rather you didn't, and we will tell you why before we take the money.
Our minimum cadence is 8 posts per month per platform. Below that, the algorithms stop treating the account as active, nothing compounds, and six months later you are looking at a flat report wondering what happened. We have run that experiment on our own accounts and it does not work.
So there are two honest answers:
Option A is $497 whether you use 6 posts or 10, because the strategy, community management, and reporting cost the same either way. Take the extra four.
Option B is the better answer if the real constraint is budget. A single Google Business Profile at $199 a month feeds Maps and the local pack, which for most Houston service businesses produces more calls per dollar than six social posts ever will.
Common with franchise and satellite-office setups. You pay the per-location social rate on all four, then attach Google Business Profile only where a listing actually exists.
If you later claim listings for the other two locations, they attach at the same $100 each — no renegotiation.
More is easy. Posts add at $50 each, $225 for a block of 5, or $400 for a block of 10 — the estimator always picks the cheapest combination for you. AI video posts are $99 each.
Fewer is a different conversation. Post counts on our plans are a maximum, not a meter. Roughly 60% of a retainer is strategy, community management, approvals, and reporting — none of which shrinks when you publish less. So we do not credit unused posts. If you need to spend less, we move you down a tier, and we will tell you which one honestly.
Because TikTok is video-only. Every single TikTok post consumes one AI video asset, where a Facebook or Threads post can be text and a graphic.
That means your video count sets your TikTok cadence, not your post count. Growth includes 4 AI videos a month, so TikTok publishes about once a week. Performance includes 12, which is about three a week. Multi-location includes 4 per location.
All of our video is AI-generated in house — no film crew, no studio day rates, no location fees — which is why a Short is $99 instead of the $250 to $1,000 a production agency charges for the same deliverable.
One practical note: TikTok publishing activates once TikTok approves the account connection.
No. Ever. Our ad management fees are flat — $499 for a single platform, $1,200 for two or three, $2,400 for four or more.
The industry norm is 10–20% of spend, which quietly means your agency earns more every time it convinces you to spend more. Flat fees remove that conflict entirely. Your budget is paid directly to the platform and stays 100% yours.
We do recommend a minimum ad budget of $1,500 a month — roughly $50 a day. Below that, campaigns cannot gather enough data to optimize, and you end up paying for a learning phase that never finishes.
Platform access setup, brand voice intake, content pillar development, and your first content calendar. It is $199 per account plus $69 for each additional location.
Access is granted through Business Manager and admin invites — we never ask for your passwords.
The setup fee is not the same as the kickoff strategy and 90-day roadmap. Setup gets you started; the roadmap tells you where you are going. That is a $1,500 consulting deliverable covering competitor analysis, audience research, a channel-by-channel plan, a 90-day content calendar, and KPI targets — and it is included free with Performance and every multi-location program.
