Type any question about this rate card in plain English. The guide reads the numbers in your question, runs them through the same pricing rules we quote from, and shows the arithmetic.

Pricing estimator

Every figure below comes straight from our published rate card. Change anything and the quote recalculates — including the plan we would actually recommend.

One location uses our monthly plans. Two or more moves you to multi-location pricing, which includes a shared base fee plus a per-location fee.

1 locations

TikTok is video-only — each post uses one AI video. Google Business Profile puts you on Google Maps and in local search.

A post is one unique content piece, adapted for every platform in your plan. Our minimum is 8 per month per platform.

12 posts / mo

All video is AI-generated in house — no film crew, no studio day rates. AI videos run on the video-friendly platforms in your mix (Instagram Reels, Facebook video, and TikTok); text-first platforms like Threads and X receive images and captions. TikTok is video-only, so each TikTok post uses one AI video.

0 videos / mo

Count every listing you want managed. If Google Business Profile is already one of your selected platforms, listings up to your location count are included.

0 listings

Flat management fees. Your ad budget is paid directly to the platform and stays 100% yours.

Sold as an add-on. Channel management covers getting found in search, cover images, titles and descriptions, publishing, comments, and results updates.

Competitor analysis, figuring out who your customers are, platform plan, 3-month posting schedule, and clear success goals. Included free with Performance and every multi-location program.

Questions clients actually ask

Real scenarios, worked all the way to a number. Hit “try this in the estimator” on any of them to load the setup and change it from there.

We have 4 locations. What does that cost?

Two or more locations moves you off the single-location plans and onto multi-location pricing: a $900 base fee that covers the game plan, the way your brand writes and talks to customers, the master posting schedule, results updates, and your account manager, plus a per-location fee set by how many platforms each location runs.

Every location gets 8–12 written for each area posts a month, 4 AI videos, and its own performance breakdown. Here is all six platforms across four locations:

Base fee$900
4 locations × $800 (all 6 platforms)$3,200
Monthly$4,100
One-time setup ($199 + $69 × 3)$406

Running fewer platforms brings it down: three platforms across four locations is $3,300/mo, and a single platform is $2,500/mo.

We have 2 Google Business Profiles and nothing else. What do we pay?

Google Business Profile can be bought on its own, with no social program attached. It is priced per listing and each one after the first costs a little less.

First listing$199
Second listing$149
Monthly$348
One-time setup ($199 + $69 × 1)$268

That covers local posts, photo uploads, and answering customer questions on each listing. If you already run a social program with us, it is cheaper — GBP attaches at $100 per location instead, so two listings would be $200 a month.

Worth knowing: GBP is the one channel that puts you on Google Maps and in local search directly, which is why we recommend it even to clients who want nothing else.

We want 10 posts a month. Which plan is that?

Ten posts on one platform is exactly our Single-Platform Starter at $497 a month — 10 unique posts, images and captions, replying to comments, and a monthly report, month-to-month.

Single-Platform Starter (1 platform, 10 posts)$497
One-time setup$199
First month$696

Want those 10 posts on two platforms? Essentials at $597 covers 12 posts across two platforms, so you get more than you asked for at $100 more. On three platforms, the estimator will suggest Essentials plus one added platform at $150 — $747 total — rather than pushing you up to Growth.

Remember a post is one unique piece adapted for every platform in your plan. Ten posts on three platforms is 30 separate pieces of content, not 10.

We only want 6 posts a month. Can you do that?

Honestly — we would rather you didn't, and we will tell you why before we take the money.

Our minimum is 8 posts per month per platform. Below that, the algorithms stop treating the account as active, nothing builds on itself, and six months later you are looking at a flat report wondering what happened. We have run that experiment on our own accounts and it does not work.

So there are two honest answers:

Option A — Single-Platform Starter (10 posts, 1 platform)$497 / mo
Option B — Google Business Profile only, 1 listing$199 / mo

Option A is $497 whether you use 6 posts or 10, because the game plan, replying to comments and messages, and results updates cost the same either way. Take the extra four.

Option B is the better answer if the real constraint is budget. A single Google Business Profile at $199 a month puts you on Google Maps and in local search, which for most Houston service businesses produces more calls per dollar than six social posts ever will.

We have 4 locations but only 2 have Google Business Profiles.

Common with franchise and satellite-office setups. You pay the per-location social rate on all four, then attach Google Business Profile only where a listing actually exists.

Base fee$900
4 locations × $600 (3 platforms)$2,400
2 GBP listings × $100$200
Monthly$3,500
One-time setup ($199 + $69 × 3)$406

If you later claim listings for the other two locations, they attach at the same $100 each — no renegotiation.

What happens if we want more posts later? Or fewer?

More is easy. Posts add at $50 each, $225 for a block of 5, or $400 for a block of 10 — the estimator always picks the cheapest combination for you. AI video posts are $99 each.

Fewer is a different conversation. Post counts on our plans are a maximum, not a meter. Roughly 60% of a monthly fee is the game plan, replying to comments and messages, approvals, and results updates — none of which shrinks when you publish less. So we do not credit unused posts. If you need to spend less, we move you down a tier, and we will tell you which one honestly.

Why is TikTok treated differently from the other platforms?

Because TikTok is video-only. Every single TikTok post uses one AI video, where a Facebook or Threads post can be text and a graphic.

That means your video count sets how often we post to TikTok, not your post count. Growth includes 4 AI videos a month, so TikTok publishes about once a week. Performance includes 12, which is about three a week. Multi-location includes 4 per location.

All of our video is AI-generated in house — no film crew, no studio day rates, no location fees — which is why a Short is $99 instead of the $250 to $1,000 a production agency charges for the same thing.

One practical note: TikTok publishing activates once TikTok approves the account connection.

Do you take a percentage of our ad spend?

No. Ever. Our ad management fees are flat — $499 for a single platform, $1,200 for two or three, $2,400 for four or more.

The industry norm is 10–20% of spend, which quietly means your agency earns more every time it convinces you to spend more. Flat fees remove that conflict entirely. Your budget is paid directly to the platform and stays 100% yours.

We do recommend a minimum ad budget of $1,500 a month — roughly $50 a day. Below that, campaigns cannot gather enough data to improve, and you end up paying while they are still figuring things out and never hit their stride.

What does the $199 setup fee actually cover?

Platform access setup, learning the way your brand writes and talks to customers, content pillar development, and your first posting schedule. It is a one-time $199 per client — a single flat fee that covers every platform in your plan (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and so on), not $199 per platform — plus $69 for each additional location.

Access is granted by adding us as a manager on your accounts — we never ask for your passwords.

The setup fee is not the same as the startup plan for your first 3 months. Setup gets you started; the startup plan tells you where you are going. That is a $1,500 one-time service covering studying your competitors, figuring out who your customers are, a plan for each platform, a 3-month posting schedule, and clear success goals — and it is included free with Performance and every multi-location program.
